Backpack Battle

Backpack Battle is a backpack auto-battler. Every round you buy gear, fit it into your backpack like a puzzle, then watch your hero fight one rival in a fully animated duel. Beat them 10 times before they beat you 5.

Pack smart

Swords, axes, bows, crossbows, staffs, spellbooks, shields, armour, food and potions, each with its own shape. Turn them, slide them, squeeze them in. Need more room? Buy pockets, satchels and backpacks and attach them wherever you like.

Star spots and boosters

Every weapon has star spots. Put a Whetstone on a sword's star for a sharper blade, a Torch for burning hits, a Poison Vial for venom, a Ruby for critical strikes.

Forge better gear

Touching items forge together after a fight: Sword + Whetstone becomes a Rune Blade, and forged gear can forge again into Legendary weapons like the Phoenix Staff and Shadow Fangs. The Recipe Book shows you how.

3 archetypes, 12 specialisations

Warrior, Archer or Mage. Shields catch arrows, arrows shred magic shields, spells melt steel. Win games to unlock specialisations like the Knight, Berserker, Deadeye, Hunter, Pyromancer and Necromancer, each with its own gear and recipes. One specialisation is free every week.

One rival, many rounds

Your rival builds their bag too. Lose a fight and you get a rematch against the same board, so study it, improve your pack and try again.

Fully animated turn-based battles with poison, burn, chill, bleed, armour and energy shields. Tap any effect to see what it does, and check the fight breakdown afterwards.
