Rogue Video Poker is a video poker roguelite for adults (18+). It simulates gambling with play money only: there is no real-money gambling, no prizes, no cash-out, and the in-game Cash cannot be bought. It has no accounts and no server of mine that receives anything about you. This policy describes what the shipped app actually does.

What the app does not collect

The app does not ask for, receive or transmit your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera. It has no free-text fields.

Your progress

Your Cash, runs in progress, unlocked machines, upgrades, best rounds, settings and the daily-pull and free-Cash timers are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes them. Android's own backup service may copy app data to your Google account according to your device settings; I have no access to it.

Advertising

The app shows ads through Google AdMob, and only as optional rewarded videos you choose to watch (for example one more hand, a free reroll, double payout, a second daily pull, or Cash when you run low). There are no banners and no ads between games. For this, Google receives your device's resettable advertising ID, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about your interaction with ads. I receive only aggregate, anonymous earnings and impression counts. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and can change your choice any time under Settings → Privacy options in the app.

Analytics

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played: events such as a run started or finished, a round cleared, a shop item bought, a machine opened, a purchase made or a video watched, with details like the machine and the round reached. Google also records the app version, device model, Android version, an approximate country and an app-instance identifier it generates. Nothing you type or identify yourself with is sent. The analytics property is linked to AdMob so that ad revenue can be measured. If you decline the ad consent choice, analytics consent is set to denied as well. I see only aggregate reports.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases (opening a machine early, or every machine) are processed by Google Play. They never buy Cash. I never see your payment details. Purchase records are managed through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app-user identifier and the purchase receipt so that purchases can be restored; see the RevenueCat privacy policy.

Age

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Deleting your data

Everything the app stores is on your device: uninstalling the app or clearing its storage (Android Settings → Apps → Rogue Video Poker → Storage → Clear storage) deletes it. To reset your advertising ID, see Advertising above. Analytics data held by Google is aggregated and retained per Google's standard retention (14 months). For any request, email developer@uyllii.com. See also Delete your data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
